Nick Radich
Nick Radich is the Co-founder and CEO of Roughneck AI, a multimodal real-world data platform for deep learning models and embodied AI. Roughneck integrates advanced sensors—including tactile, inertial, and multispectral visual systems—to teach robotic systems and world models how to perceive and interact with the physical world as humans do. Through a custom sensor array and a synchronized dataset, the platform delivers generalizability and policy learning success rates that outperform simulation, synthetic data, and public datasets.
Previously, Nick co-founded and led Eversparks, an AI digital health platform serving over 100,000 users across North America and Asia. He is also a Venture Partner at NGVP, focusing on investments in AI, SaaS, and advanced technologies.
Earlier in his career, Nick advised central banks and investment funds across North America and Asia on capital allocation and strategy while leading global fintech initiatives. He holds an MBA from Berkeley-Haas and a BA in Finance and Psychology from Santa Clara University.
