Ibrahim Neyaz
Ibrahim Neyaz is the CEO of Saudi Arabia’s National Technology Development Program (NTDP), a role he has held since June 2022. Under his leadership, the NTDP has focused on fostering a robust technology ecosystem in the country, engaging with various stakeholders to identify market gaps and develop tailored solutions. Neyaz aims to establish 1,000 new startups by the end of 2025, having already launched 270 since October 2022.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from King Saud University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University. Neyaz also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. His extensive experience includes roles such as Acting CEO at the Saudi Tourism Investment Company and Executive Director at the National Center for Performance Measurement.
